pkg_delete -a didn't helped :( For some reason portmaster will not build kBuild or ports building with kBuild (such as virtulabox). However a manual make install clean works fine for me. I guess it's a bug in portmaster. Best Regards Troels Kofoed Jacobsen thanks, matheus Good luck
