atapicam issue

Hi, FreeBSD-stable clandestinely dropped support for my p-ata DVD drive some two or three weeks ago. The relevant devcontrol list-entry is still in its place, yet atapicam fails to create /dev/cd0. # camcontrol devlist HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22NP20 1.02 at scbus0 target 0 lun 0 (pass0) dmesg
