There doesn't seem to be any CTM update being E-mailed or on the ftp
sites. I searched the mailing list, but can't find the message for one
of the times before with the person to contact.

CTM has been down since 2nd November. The last e-mail delta I
received was cvs-cur 5804. Chuck Robey is in the process of
correcting the problem and has suggested (on cvs-announce) that it
should be back later today.
