Out of all the IRQs that are set in my kernel config file, no where is it using IRQ 2.
How am I do address this problem?

Yes, it works just fine on WInblows 2000, which is why it was plugged in when I
rebooted to
FreeBSD. I forgot to unplug it, and thats when I noticed the problem.

I just bought a Logitech TrackMan Wheel Optical Mouse. It was plugged into
the USB port when I booted FreeBSD, and the system kept rebooting until I
