I think in this case, the same-player quality cancels out the
different-continent, so it would be (30+11+6)/8 = 5,87. If we round it
instead of truncating, a 6. It would be lower than usual, but this is OK. I

The release originally planned for today, Freeciv 2.2.0-beta3, has
been postponed a week awaiting a few more patches. The new release
date is Jan 17.
We are also planning to do a 2.1.11 release, preliminarily on Jan 24.

I found today that player colors as well as terrain colors are defined within
./data/misc/colors.tilespec. They are read by functions within
./client/colors_common.(c|h). Would it be OK to use these colors for the
creation of an map image?
