I suggest names of Eastern Pommeranian princes instead of Western Pommeranian
rulers, which are used in other nationset.

Dear Freeciv Hackers,
as you could notice, I decided to leave the Freeciv project. I am no
more able to manage my real life and work well here. I am still joinable

Good point. Westerners had the titles of Kashubian rulers, but the Easterners
may prevent confusion.
