Oh, rats. I can't compile freeciv-sdl2 but I'm still not sure how I failed to
spot this. Maybe because I've been working on patch #4304 since before the
SDL2 client came into existence :/

Mea culpa; again, presumably because I failed to take into account bug #21099
when rebasing what became patch #4348 past it. Sorry about that.
(Yes, freeciv-manual on trunk is currently segfaulting with a
plausible-looking backtrace.)
