[Freeciv-Dev] [bug #18605] With team science, science view not updated if teammate changes science goal

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18605 (project freeciv): I happened to be testing team_pooled_research yesterday with 2.4.0. When one player changed the goal, the other's display was immediately updated. I can't point to a change that would have fixed it, though. __
