Follow-up Comment #5, patch #6452 (project freeciv): So we want patch #6485 in S2_6 already. That makes decision even more hairy. The mixture of doing huge changes to experimental ruleset in S2_6 and then archiving it in 3.0 while switching to sandbox ruleset sounds like a "worst of both worlds"
