To avoid confusing, I re-download the HIMEM64 (Jan 16) / EMM386 (MAR
24) from your site and try again, the KBC A20 run properly (though it
beep continuously for 6 second) under:
1) QuickView (with P/MODE patched)
2) MPXPlay (with DOS32A and DOS4GW)

Casualy I found that RAR doesn't waits input when output redirected to
NUL. Eugeny Roshal answers me that he uses next trick:
