The reason the link does not work is because it try to read in \utils rather
than in \util

It seems if I boot from DVD, then change to C:\UTIL\RCAL... RCAL always work
correctly.
And if I first boot from my C: installed french all packages with sources,
whatever the boot choice I make, rcal will not work correctly.
(under QEMU each time)

Nice catch! (founding that the problem was C:\FreeDOS\links\rcal.com that is
not working as expected)
