Is there any free/freeware VCS (version control system) available which
will work on FreeDos?
Also an editor with built-in VCS will do (like emacs!)
I have heard that djgpp comes with this facility. If so, can I use the
feature to develop embedded system software?
Thanks.

Could someone suggest me which unrar utility should I use to unrar the
latest nnd ?
Thanks.

Hallo all.
I thank you very much, all who explained the idea of an OS with very less word-count.
Especially Nicholas's link was quite useful to know many things.
Thanks again.

Hi all,
I am using freedos for the last 3 years as the only OS on my small
machines.
I also use it in dosemu on my linux box.(RH 7.0)
Can anyone guide me to access serial and parallel ports using freedos in
dosemu?
Thanks.
