I have been having trouble installing FreeDOS beta7 on a PC104 computer using a 32MB CF disk as the harddrive. I've been creating an aprox 30MB partition (FAT16), and formatting it as the install instructions direct, but after making it through about 75% of the install disk, it comes up with an error and can't continue with the installation. I then tried a smaller partition of 12MB (FAT12) and it installed correctly. Is there a limitation on partition size or does the allocation table have to be FAT12 rather than FAT16?

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

Ben
