Hi all,
together with Alexey I tuned DEVLOAD to support FAT32
block devices. This means that you will need a bit more
RAM to devload block devices ("drivers which provide FAT
based drive letters"). In addition, the "build DPB" call
(int 21.53) got some extra magic under the hood. Enjoy!

PS: I shortened some error msg to keep the UPXed com below 3 kB,
