Hi,
in the proxy.conf file there can be different authhost
and accthost, but I'm seeing only one 'secret' field.
Is it possible to use different secret in proxy.conf
for different hosts? (Probably a common case that two
different hosts use different secrets...)

I've have a completely mysterious problem here. Using
RH7.3+FreeRADIUS0.8, FreeRADIUS starts well when
booting the computer (FreeRADIUS is installed from the
RPM which includes init scripts). But if I stop and
start FreeRADIUS, it won't start. Nothing helps,

It's working ok, yes. I get the authentication data
from the remote server but don't know how to add
authorization data from local db to reply?

I've set up freeradius 0.8 so that users like
john@test get authenticated from a remote RADIUS
server, i.e., freeradius works as a proxy. This is
working well, so no problem here. But: the remote
server only returns authentication data (un/pw
ok/bad), I have authorization data in my local DB

I must be probably too stupid or complete blind sice I
just can't find any info how to use Vendor-Specific
attributes with radclient and radiusd. I have this
simple test dictionary:
