ldap authentication + mysql accounting

Hello. For now i use authentication(authtype PAP) and accounting in mysql(also rlm_sqlcounter). I saw in config option for authentication using ldap. Is it possible to use ldap authentication and mysql accounting and will rlm_sqlcounter work in such combination? Thanks in advance. Your help is
