Freeradius handles authentication, authorisation and accounting. It doesn't handle the dial in process. For that you'll need a network access server. Try mikrotik (www mikrotik.com)

FreeRADIUS handles only RADIUS. You'll need something else for
dial-in and modem control.

I have been reading a bit about Free Radius but I still have questions.
I need to create a dial in box for a few users. I need some clarification
on what the software does.
