when i conf the expiration attribute in the /raddb/users file ,although it do not
display expiration in the Access-Accept,but it work ok.

Check if freeradius is sending the attribute in the Access-Accept.
Use tcpdump or another sniffer tool.
If freeradius is actually sending the attribut

Does expiration attribute support date and time format now, or just date ?
"DD MMM HH:MM:SS" or "DD MMM "
If only support dates? How can I control time within a date?
