Is the '+='
Operator used for defining the Attribute Value
pairs a standard operator used with all radius Servers or is this something that
just freeRadius Provides.

Okay, I read it somewherebut I can't find it now..
I am trying to find the list of operator (or evaluators) := += == = and
what they mean. I read it somewhere in the Orielly radius book, but
can't find it now.
Can someone point me in the right direction ??
