Good day all, I have been reading a bit about Free Radius but I still have questions. I need to create a dial in box for a few users. I need some clarification on what the software does. Does Free Radius only handle authentication or does it also manage the dial in process and control the modem

I have multiple users who are logged in who stay logged in but they aren't actually connected to the NAS. It seems sometimes the radacct (using mysql) never sets a stop time for users. So they stay connected and when you radwho they are still listed. Any idea's?
