The file ./doc/Simultaneous-Use in the chapter 4 says: 4. IF IT DOESN'T WORK Note that you need to add the Simultaneous-Login parameter to the check item (first line), not the reply item. What is "Simultaneous-Login"?, the documents refer to Simultaneous-Use all time.
