Default reply for username incorrect-s

Happy New Year to you all! I have quick question: How can I send default reply to all users that have incorrect username / password combination, right now FR just rejects them w/o any message. I use MySQL i tried to add DEFAULT as user name in rad reply but that did not help :( Hope some one can
