I think you should post all the log , maybe somebody will find the reason.

I am using freeradius 2.1.10 + Mysql.
I successfully tested user name and password based authentication with radius.
Now I want to do IMSI based authentication with radius. Please can anyone help
me on how to do IMSI based authentication.
