Chris, I've compiled several recent versions of freeRADIUS with dynamic
libraries
under OS X 10.3. It works. I am using EAP, with TLS, PEAP, TTLS all of
which
would not work (well) when compiled statically. All this did not work
for me under 10.2
but under 10.3 it does.
