We configured the proxy to use load_factor = 40.~
Is there any other configuration we can change to increase the accouting rate
sent via Proxy?

only handle 255 requests per NAS or remote host?

responses for the same accounting requests have the same
Packet Identifier, and that the NAS frequently reuses this Packet Identifier.
Do you think that FreeRADIUS can get lost in this situation?
