It seems that I´m missing something regarding the Simultaneous-Use option as
I can´t make it work yet. I´ve found that this has been asked many times
before, but I´ve tried all suggested methods with no luck.

I´m using Freeradius with MySQL authentication and accounting. Ok, if I want
to allow access to a user, I add it to the radcheck table with
UserName = username
Attribute = Crypt-Password
Op = ==
Value = encryptedpassword
If I want to deny it I just add
UserName = username

Is there a way to configure freeradius to create a new MySQL accounting
database each month? (in example: jan_06_radacct, feb_06_radacct, etc). The
database should be created the first minute of the first day of each month.
This is required for backup/database size.
