are you wanting to change the dns name every time an ip is reused? or
are you just wanting a host record to follow a customer who has
andynamic IP?

Easiest way to do this would be to write a script/program that disables
the account in MySQL, rather than leaving it up to radius. Presumably
something is 'enabling' them at 10:00am Teusday... something else
(outside of radius) could then remove them 24hours later.
