I don't face this kind of problems ether. I'm located in Germany close
to Stuttgart ... The problem you face has something to do with you're
internet provider.
Similar things happend to me several times in the US&A with SBC Global
or how ever the provider was called again .. and als

I know about radius -X ... I already setted up the version 1.1.7
succesfully ... but now I'm working on almost complety revised version
2.0.5 ... so SQL configs are different for me and I might made some
mistakes there so that the radius -X is not showing me some pg code ... ;/
case to be a little more independent and flexible of the
provided binary packages of FreeBSD.

I'm not a 100% sure but I remember that DialupAdmin was serving some
scripts against that ... you might look into the DialupAdmin folder and
look for lib or a folder called like that where some scripts lieing arround.

I use FreeBSD 7.0 and have mpd as PPPoE Server & FreeRADIUS & PGSQL
succesfully running.
My goal now is it to shrink down the Bandwidth for each user with the
help of IPFW and Dummynet which is supported by mpd and shouldn't be
that big of a deal.
