You hace reached the maximum amount of connections to your DB server.
try increasing the amount in your DB server configuration.
in postgres :
[EMAIL PROTECTED] freem]# more /var/lib/pgsql/data/postgresql.conf
max_connections = 70

I am designing a perl script to read netflow data, and write
the in and out octets to radius accounting (using radclient).
I get Accounting-Response packet when I do start
acct.
but when I do stop acct, I do not get anything back, and it
keeps on retrying to send.
I also do not get
DUH!
Figured it out.
DEFAULT Auth-Type = REJECT, NAS-IP-Address ==
