user can not get the ipaddress

Hi,all i configure the freeradius with mysql .when send the Access-Request ,and can receive the Access-Accept.I can see that authenticate is pass .but radius server can not send the ipaddress to user radius -X rad_recv: Access-Request packet from host 62.1.32.7:1645, id=248, length=111
