Freeradius,MySQL and PopTop Perfect combination of RPM or Tar Files

Hello There   Well  Pls someone help me on choosing the best combination of freeradius, MySQL and PopTop plus PPP rpms or tar files..   Bcoz i tried many times but couldn't figureout the perfect combination of all rpms to work perfectly..   For Yr Information :    My Operating System is :  RedHat 8
