How about CFLAG=-I/usr/include/et ./configure. That works for me.

I think the best way for fedora is to use the rpm. But
incase you want the latest version of freeradius then
download the source rpm and install it.
That way you get all the patches fedora adds and from
there you can build your own rpms

krb5-devel, which causes freeradius to throw errors:
