Sorry for that, I havent check the config output that's my fault. But 2.1.11
was working fine. Nevermind 2.1.12 is working now.

I have upgraded to version 2.1.12 but its givin error for
rlm_sql_postgresql. (For solving the problem on post "Reverting
Accept-Reject to Access-Accept".

Don't do that.
Instead, don't reject the in the first place. For example:
authorize {
...
sql
if (notfound) {
update control {
Auth-Type := Accept
}
}
}
