Cisco catalyst + freeradius failing all the time

I have a big problem with windows XP + cisco catalyst + freeradius. ACtually I am unable to authenticate. The error is independent from the authentication method. Here is the freeradius log: rad_recv: Access-Request packet from host 192.84.145.6:1812, id=235, length=162 NAS-IP-Address = 192
