Hello, We are planning to use Freeradius for a research project. We had already use it before, with EAP/TLS. My questions are (both using EAP/TLS):
Once RADIUS gets the certificate from the supplicant can it make checks to the certificate to know who is the certificate subject, and them do some type of database check for the user? And, can the RADIUS send more info with the ACCEPT message (some integer, or data)? I am asking in order to provide a more fine grained authentication, so the authenticator could allow only a set of traffic depending of the data received.
