I'm sorry, I did indeed use the following commandline:
./configure --with-mysql-lib-dir=/usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql
--with-mysql-include-dir=/usr/local/mysql/include/mysql
--prefix=/usr/local/adm/freeradius-1.1.1
and got the same results below.
