Maybe somebody has a copy of the original patch without the junk? Thanks.

Hi, I am mocking up a Mikrotik Router OS and Freeradius combo for testing. I found the patch from Evren Yurtesen referenced here: http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg005 28.html Here's the thing, I keep getting 'malformed patch' errors which I assume is because I copied the patch text from the HTML page, with line breaks appearing in bad places and whatnot. I'm not sure because I just 'learned' how to apply a patch while trying to use this one. :-) My question is, do I have to apply the patch to checkrad.pl.in BEFORE I compile? Or can I just edit the checkrad script after it's installed to match the patchfile? I'm using Gentoo-Emerge, which makes patching before compiling that much more difficult/annoying.
