I had the same problem (and some others) with the redhat spec file, and here is what I did to fix it... these are diffs to the 1.0.0pre3 spec file in the redhat directory. matt > diff freeradius.spec.orig freeradius.spec 5c5 < Release: 1 --- > Release: pre3 9c9 < Source0: %{name}-%{version}.tar.g
