Radius DisconnectRequest

HI, I am using Cisco NAS for my VoIP Billing. I want to send DisconnectRequest to the cisco NAS but i don't know from where i should send it. Currently i am able to send AccessRequest and Accounting from the mySQL db. But i am little confiuse how i should send the Radius DisconnectRequest
