I was thinking of having radrelay pass Client-IP-Address as if it were a
protocol attribute, then not call preprocess from preacct in the target
server. If that doesn't work, then I could use a similar check in preprocess
as is done for NAS-IP-Address so that if Client-IP-Address is there, then

That can't happen. Client-IP-Address is the address of the client,
and nothing else.

I do not make use of radrelay, but AFAIK it is a minimal radius client
that reads accounting data from a detail file and sends it to anot

I have a live freeradius server and I'm trialing a new system which is running
a second instance of freeradius on the same host. I am using radrelay to send
a copy of all accounting messages to the new server for testing.
The problem is that I need the resulting Client-IP-Address attribute
