There may be network issues with re-ordering of packets. Who knows.

Buy a NAS that works.
Or, if you're not using "radlast", just delete all references to
radutmp from the config.

I checked the list and I saw others posting about this error, but no concrete

Hi, I have this erro message in radius.log
Mon Jun 2 03:21:29 2008 : Error: rlm_radutmp: Logout entry for NAS
Juniper port 3489661328 has wrong ID
Many session has not save the stop query wen a user logout, I think that
this error has relation whit this problem.

I'm running freeradius-0.9.3 on RH dist 7.3 kernel 2.4.20-28.7
My NAS boxes vary but predominantly Cisco AS5300, AS5350 and 3660.
The error reported to the radius.log is:
Error: rlm_radutmp: Logout entry for NAS "hostname" port 0 has wrong ID
where "hostname" is
