Yes I removed the code some time ago. AFAICS it had been unreachable
since 2009-12-23.

Hi Mads,
It's very simple, just open a Command Prompt. If you press Ctrl+Break,
it will cancel the current input and move to next prompt. On the other
hand, press Pause key will pause the output, then the next key press
will resume the pause and will not respond to a character.
