- use -f option when running pkg_add [1]
- log slightly more than before
[1] If you build a perl port/package with your own __MAKE_CONF,
post-install script looks for that. So, when running pkg_add in a
different environment it fails if it can't spam /your/own/make

Introduce hidden variable SCRIPTS_OVERRIDE. You can put your custom scripts
(which previously were on ${LOCALDIR}/scripts/custom) wherever you want and set
this variable pointing to the right directory path.
