Fixed the check for the customroot's master.passwd. If the user used a
relative path for the ${CUSTOMROOT} variable (as it was by default) the
check was made on ${CUSTOMROOT}/${CUSTOMROOT}/etc.

Add -l to cpio. When possible, files are hard-linked instead of being
copied entirely. This make the clone phase faster, especially when there
are few compressed filesystem involved.
Patch is untested, but it shouldn't be harmful

If VARMFS_COPYDBPKG variable is set let the script copy also the db/pkg
directory in the /var mfs. This defaults to off because in most situations
(especially when there are no installers involved) it is only a waste of
space in a little filesystem. We also can improve this

Split MAKEJ variable in MAKEJ_WORLD and MAKEJ_KERNEL, so people can choose
e.g. to make parallel builds during buildworld and not during buildkernel.
Please note that since now MAKEJ has no effect.
