I'm running freesurfer in Ubuntu hardy 2.6.24-19
I've ran into a problem with loading data tables in qdec.
I've followed the instructions in tutorial 2a and created associated data
tables, but qdec always returned the error:

I think that *only* included the single-subject steps available at that
time, so it would not have topology correction, spherical mapping, aseg,
etc..
So I guess in terms of recon-all steps it would be:
3. Talairach transform computation
4. Intensity Normalization

I don't know if someone know the answer, however I found this question an
interesting one:
In Dale99 paper, Neuroimage, the authors stats that all recon process would
take 90 minutes. Is there a way, using recon-all script to follow the same
steps they used in that paper?
