You can also mri_convert lh.gender_age.thickness.00.mgh --frame 0
lh.thickness.subject0.mgh
Alternatively, you can specify a temporary directory (--tmp), and all
the individual files will be in there.

Can I use v.4.4.0's longitudinal processing stream on scans that I
cross-sectionally segmented with v.4.0.5? If so, do I need to rerun any

the 'v' is the # of vertices (154901 in this case), and yes, it will change
across subjects depending on surface area, etc...
