I'd like to compare registration between FSL and freesurfer. So I have to
import my images (I have 25 MRI, 25 CT and 75 SPECT) into freesurfer, with
recon-all if I understood. But my images are on NifTi extension and I have
error:

I'm having an odd problem with isxconcat. I tried running the command
for two separate groups (using Seymour):
isxconcat-sess -sf
/cluster/roffman/users/Stable5_PerRun/Subject_Files/17_FB_Regression_Seed
-d /cluster/roffman/users/Stable5_PerRun -analysis SIRP_Stable5 -c Con
HI Adam, what machine are you running from? This might be a case where a
local machine cannot talk properly to the cluster disk space. You can
try pbsubmit-ting the isxconcat-sess job.

Hi Tyler,
Doug can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe if you use the --spm-nii
option it will fix this.

Also, that option is not listed in the output of bbregister --help on my
system (I am using version 4.5, build-stamp.txt:
freesurfer-Linux-centos4_x86_64
