Hello Alicia, If you upload your subject I can take a look. It would be helpful to me if you could also let me know where you made the edits that did not take effect. Thank you! Ani On 03/23/2015 01:44 PM, Yu-Hsuan (Alicia) Chang wrote: Dear FreeSurfer, I edited the pial surface

Hi Edgar the LINE SEARCH thing is not a real problem. I've never seen indices out of bounds before though. Is there anything strange about your dataset? Does freeview display it properly (that is, are what freeview thinks the RAS dirs the correct anatomical ones)? If you upload the dataset

[Freesurfer] Freesurfer surfaces for use in CONN

2015-03-24 Thread Sarah Levy
Hello, I would like to conduct a surface-based analysis with resting-state data using SPM's CONN toolbox v14.0. Is there a way to combine the three preprocessed freesurfer files (lh, rh, mni305) into one file? CONN seems to only accept one file, or files that have exactly the same dimensions.

[Freesurfer] -3T -wsthresh Flags

2015-03-24 Thread Douglas Merkitch
Hello FreeSurfer exports, I have two questions regarding recon-all flags: 1) Our data was obtained with a 3T scanner. Would you recommend that all 3T data be run thorough the recon-all stream with the -3T flag? 2) One subject has part of the left occipital lobe cut during the skullstripping
