You can set truncate like this from command-line:
freeview -f surface_filename:overlay=overlay_filename:overlay_color=truncate

Hi Jürgen
the FreeSurferColorLUT.txt file lists all the labels that we might use, not
all the ones that we do use in any given parcellation, so it will certainly
have ones that are not in any single parcellation.
