If the input has 17 frames it is likely to be the wrong type of acquisition. Usually T1-weighted structurals have only a single frame, or maybe 4-8 if it is a multi-echo acquisition. What kind of data did you acquire? On Thu, 4 Jul 2019, wrote: External Email - Use Caution

It's not an issue of compatibility. The tkregister2 executable doesn't exist in whatever version you're sourcing when you run tracula. As far as I can see, it should be there in both the stable6 and dev versions. Any chance that something went wrong when you built the dev version on your system
